LaPorte Masonry and Waterproofing does exceptional work. We had Rich and his team re-point and waterproof the basement of our brownstone, which was leaking horribly. They were incredibly reliable and did great work. More importantly, we have had a dry basement since they finished. We were so happy with the outcome and service that we hired them to do a brick accent wall from the parlor to the lower level. Again, they did exceptional work, patched the existing wall matching the existing 1865 bricks perfectly. I appreciate their work style and attention to detail; they show up early, keep a clean work site, offer fair pricing and provide great customer service (Rich maintains constant communication and addresses questions promptly). Moreover, Rich takes great pride in his work! We have referred our neighbors and plan to use them for future projects.

Rich did a terrific job laying concrete block for the foundation of our small addition. He was completely professional and efficient. The crew were focused and took care to clean up well when the job was done. The pricing was very reasonable. We will have them back later on in the project for some interior finishing touches. We have an old house from 1890 that had a leaky-filled stone basement. I contacted Rich at LaPorte Masonry & Waterproofing Inc. and he came out the following week to access the job. He gave us a quote right away and his pricing was reasonable. We tried to schedule the project to be completed on a weekend but sure enough it rained every weekend for over a month. Once the weather finally cleared, Rich and his crew started work right away and finished ahead of schedule. Not only is my basement now dry, it is also now free from the mildew smell. Rich and his crew were very professional and respectful of our time and property by keeping it clean throughout the project. We would definitely hire Rich and his crew again for future projects.
